The ventilation aging test chamber is suitable for heat resistance testing of electrical insulation materials, as well as ventilation aging testing of electronic components and plasticized products.

Product Features

1. The temperature controller adopts PID automatic calculation and SCR current automatic adjustment control, with precise and reliable temperature control.

2. Large tempered glass inspection with built-in lighting, allowing for real-time observation of the testing conditions inside the box.

3. The internal turntable can be freely disassembled or placed on the sample rack, and the suspended motor speed is 8-10 rpm.

4. Adopting a multi wing centrifugal horizontal diffusion air circulation system, the fresh air exchange rate can be adjusted arbitrarily.

5. The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50mm, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.

6. Multiple safety protection loop system with fault warning.

7. Equipped with a digital timer, it has the function of measuring air exchange rate, and the time and frequency of air exchange can be set arbitrarily.

8. The whole machine probe is processed and formed using CNC machine tools. The inner box probe is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS # 304, and the outer box probe is made of spray coated steel plate, with an additional non reactive door handle. The operation is simple, and the shape is beautiful and novel.
