Product Features

The whole machine is made of imported PP hard plastic board, with a solid and sturdy structure, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and never aging. It is suitable for various testing requirements such as neutral salt spray NSS, acetic acid test ASS, copper acetate CASS, etc.

The plastic precision nozzle and conical spray device are used to make the fog fall evenly and quickly. The nozzle has a long service life and does not crystallize.

Adopting an LCD touch screen, it can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring and operation, and can switch between Chinese and English freely.

Comes with USB interface, can be plugged into a USB flash drive to download curves and historical data (can replace a recorder) (optional)

Spray time can be controlled internally, without additional time relay

Adjust the salt water flow rate and compressed air pressure through flow meters and high-pressure valves to ensure uniform salt spray settling.

Adopting a manual water addition system, it has an automatic replenishment function when the water level is insufficient, ensuring uninterrupted testing.
