Dust proof (dust resistant) test chamberIntroduction

The dust resistance test box (also known as the sand dust test box or dust prevention test box) is mainly used to conduct dust and dust resistance tests on various automotive components, electrical and electronic components. It mainly tests floating dust (F) and flowing dust (C), and the test parts include car lights, instruments, seat belt retractors, seat adjusters, electrical dust covers, lamps, steering system components, door locks, etc. for durability against dust.

1. The large transparent window is equipped with lighting and window dust scraping, making it convenient to directly observe the condition of the internal test sample.

2. Explore the LCD color touch screen controller, which can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring and operation. It supports USB storage devices and can switch between Chinese and English at will. Control temperature, blowing time, floating time, shaking time, settling time, and cycle expiration separately.

3. The uniform synchronous air hammer vibration dust removal device and static elimination device can avoid a large amount of dust accumulation on the box wall.

4. The dust concentration can be self corrected from 100mg/m to 60000mg/m.

5. The automatic dust dehumidification system reduces the moisture content of incoming dust and stabilizes the quality of dust.

6. We can provide dozens of types of breathable and non breathable dust particles, including IEC, JIS industrial dust, Arizona dust, Portland cement, talcum powder, Kanto sand, etc.
