Waterproof (water-resistant) test chamberIntroduction

The water resistance test box (also known as rain test box, waterproof test box) is suitable for testing the waterproof and water-resistant properties of electrical and electronic products, outdoor lighting, automotive and motorcycle lamps, wiper performance, locomotive instruments, and low-voltage electrical enclosure protection.

Product Features

1. The control system can be either a simple programming controller or a full-color touch screen control system. Easy to operate and stable to run.

2. The box structure is made of high-quality stainless steel plate SUS # 304 with powder baking, which not only has a beautiful appearance, but also has good corrosion resistance.

3. The semi-circular curved surface is equipped with nozzles, with a spacing of 50mm between them. The nozzles come in two specifications, with diameters of 0.4mm and 0.8mm respectively. Different diameter nozzles are installed on the swing tube according to different standard requirements, making nozzle replacement easy. There was originally a water filtration system to prevent impurities from blocking the nozzle in waterproofing.

4. Control the swing angle, swing frequency, and rotation speed of the swing tube to effectively ensure that the test runs according to standards.

5. High sensitivity, capable of safely detecting any state, providing cut-off protection and alarm notifications in the shortest possible time, ensuring the safety of personnel and machine use.

6. According to the IEC60529 IP CODE protection level, it can be used in combination with IPX1~1 PX9K or graded according to the customer's product characteristics.
