Product Features

1. The box is a comprehensive anti-corrosion structure, made of multi-layer glass fiber polyester resin box and corrosion-resistant materials.


2. Touch screen programmable controller, capable of operating in both Chinese and English, and data acquisition.


3. Specific nozzles can evenly spray the solution onto the sample, and the solution flow rate can be adjusted by oneself.


4. The nozzle is installed on an independent module and can be easily removed when the atomization function is enabled.


5. The spraying area is large, the flow rate is high, and the spraying time is shorter than that of the atomized solution under the salt spray function.


6. The spray on/off time can be directly programmed to better control the corrosion rate.


7. Provide standard test template brackets that can accommodate flat samples. For oversized and overweight 3D samples (such as car wheels, engine parts, etc.), a grille kit of the same height as the bracket can be used. The box structure is sturdy and can evenly distribute the load.

The CCT salt spray test chamber can meet the requirements of various cyclic corrosion tests. It can cycle under four conditions: salt spray, condensation, drying, and controllable humidity. The above order can be arranged arbitrarily through programming and automatically cycled. Choosing optional accessories can increase different testing environments and conditions, and the testing status, time, and temperature are controlled by the built-in microprocessor. Very simple user interface, easy for users to program and operate. The operator can quickly create a new loop or select any programmed loop.
